Rinsed and drained

Salsa

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Spread salsa over one half of each tortilla.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese and black beans over the salsa.
Fold the tortilla in half.
Place quesadillas in the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with sour cream or guacamole for dipping.
