5-Ingredient Quesadillas

These easy quesadillas are perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Just five ingredients and you're good to go!

  • 4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese Sharp or mild, your preference!
  • 1 can Black Beans Rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Salsa Your favorite kind!
  • 4 count Flour Tortillas Medium size
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For cooking

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread salsa over one half of each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese and black beans over the salsa.
  • Fold the tortilla in half.
  • Place quesadillas in the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Cut into wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with sour cream or guacamole for dipping.
