7 Layer Bars

These 7 Layer Bars are a delicious combination of graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, nuts, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk. They're super easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.75 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans
  • 1.25 cups Sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and pecans evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  • Sprinkle shredded coconut over the top.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the ingredients.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.

Notes

For easier cutting, chill the bars in the refrigerator for a few hours before slicing. You can also substitute other types of nuts or chocolate chips.
