  • 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage Mild or Spicy
  • 1 cup Diced Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 6 cups Chicken Broth Low Sodium
  • 1 jar Alfredo Sauce (15 ounces)
  • 8 oz Lasagna Noodles Broken into pieces
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground Italian sausage over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and Alfredo sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the broken lasagna noodles to the pot. Cook until the noodles are tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until heated through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
