Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground Italian sausage over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth and Alfredo sauce. Bring to a simmer.
Add the broken lasagna noodles to the pot. Cook until the noodles are tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until heated through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
