Almond Croissant Bites

These delightful almond croissant bites are a simple and elegant treat, perfect for brunch or a quick dessert. Flaky pastry, sweet almond filling, and a dusting of powdered sugar make them irresistible.

  • 1 package Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 cup Almond Paste
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 0.25 cup Sliced Almonds For topping
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar For dusting

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  • Spread a small amount of almond paste onto each triangle.
  • Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
