Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan generously.
In a saucepan, reduce apple cider from 1.5 cups to 1 cup by boiling down on medium heat.
In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugars, oil, reduced apple cider, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
