  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan generously.
  • In a saucepan, reduce apple cider from 1.5 cups to 1 cup by boiling down on medium heat.
  • In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugars, oil, reduced apple cider, and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
