Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
In a separate bowl, toss the diced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Gently fold the apples into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
