Apple Pork Chops Recipe

  • 4 pieces Pork chops
  • 1 cup Apple cider
  • 2 medium Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned.
  • Add apples and apple cider to the skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until apples are tender and pork chops are cooked through.
