Bacon and Egg Breakfast Wrap

A quick and tasty breakfast option with crispy bacon and fluffy eggs wrapped in a tortilla.

  • 4 pieces bacon thick-cut
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter for cooking

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and scramble the eggs until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat.
  • Assemble wraps by placing bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese on each tortilla. Roll tightly and serve warm.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the eggs.
