Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
Crumble the bacon into small pieces and sprinkle over the Ritz crackers.
Sprinkle black pepper over the bacon-covered crackers.
Place the crackers on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until slightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
