  • 1 pound Bacon
  • 1 dozen Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 package Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (16.3 oz)
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 0.25 cup Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Cook bacon until crispy. Drain excess grease and crumble.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Cut biscuits into quarters. Arrange biscuit pieces in the baking dish.
  • Pour egg mixture over biscuits. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and eggs are set.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
