Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Place bread cubes in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle crumbled bacon and half of the cheese over the bread.
Pour egg mixture over the bread, bacon, and cheese.
Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until eggs are set and casserole is golden.
Notes
Serve with fresh fruit or a side salad for a complete meal.
