This Bacon Fried Rice is a delicious twist on the classic, made with crispy bacon bits and fresh vegetables for a satisfying meal.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onion and sauté until translucent.
Push the onions to the side and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until set.
Add the cooked rice, frozen peas, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper. Stir-fry until heated through.
Stir in the crispy bacon before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add any of your favorite vegetables, such as bell peppers or carrots, to this recipe.
