Bacon Jam Recipe

  • Add brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard to the bacon grease. Bring to a simmer.
  • Crumble the cooked bacon and stir it into the mixture. Simmer until thickened, about 15-20 minutes.
