  • 1 package Refrigerated pie crust
  • 6 ounces Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 10 ounces Fresh spinach
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Press pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Sprinkle bacon evenly over the crust.
  • Top with spinach.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour egg mixture over spinach and bacon.
  • Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until set.
