Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season pork loin with salt and pepper.
  • Wrap the pork loin with bacon slices.
  • Place the bacon-wrapped pork loin in a roasting pan.
  • Roast for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add herbs or spices to the pork loin before wrapping it in bacon.
