Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in Baileys, then eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
Pour filling over the crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is just set.
Let cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use high-quality Baileys Irish Cream.
