Baked Apples

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cut apples in half and remove core and seeds with a small paring knife or spoon.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, flour, oats, and cinnamon. Spoon mixture on top of each apple half.
Place apples on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes until tender.
Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of ice cream.
