  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs plain
  • 1 large egg lightly beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, mixing until well incorporated.
  • Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with marinara sauce or over spaghetti.
