  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs or panko

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip the artichoke hearts in olive oil, then coat them in the Parmesan mixture.
  • Place the coated artichoke hearts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
