  • 4 pieces pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs preferably panko
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a shallow dish, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush each pork chop with olive oil on both sides.
  • Coat each pork chop in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to adhere.
  • Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and golden brown.
