Baked Pears
These baked pears are a simple yet elegant dessert. Pears are baked with a touch of brown sugar and cinnamon until tender and slightly caramelized.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Wash and core the pears. Place them in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the pears.
Dot the pears with butter.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the pears are tender.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra treat!
