  • 1.5 cup Rolled Oats
  • 0.5 cup Almond Flour
  • 0.25 cup Maple Syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the oats, almond flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
