Banana Split Brownies
Delicious homemade brownies with a hint of banana and topped with strawberry cream cheese frosting. A fun dessert that everyone will enjoy!

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Using an electric mixer, beat butter at medium speed for 30 seconds until creamy.
Add sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; mix until combined.
Beat in eggs and mashed banana until fully incorporated.
Gradually add flour and cocoa powder; mix until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from oven and allow brownies to cool completely in the pan.
While cooling, prepare frosting: beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, strawberry jam, and milk until smooth and fluffy.
Once cooled, spread frosting over brownies. Garnish with whipped cream, chopped walnuts, and cherries if desired.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients. These brownies stay fresh covered at room temperature for up to 3 days.
