Bangers and Mash Recipe

  • 8 ounces pork sausages

Preparation Steps

  • Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with milk and butter.
  • Cook sausages according to package directions.
  • Sauté onion in butter until softened. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in beef broth until thickened.
  • Serve sausages and mash topped with onion gravy.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or rosemary to the mashed potatoes or gravy.
