Beef Burrito Recipe

  • 1 cup Uncooked Rice
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 12 count Burrito Tortillas

Preparation Steps

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add the rice, diced tomatoes, onion, and chili powder to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through.
  • Warm the tortillas according to package directions. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture.
  • Serve immediately.
