Beef Burritos Recipe

Delicious and easy-to-make beef burritos, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Low sodium
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice White or brown
  • 1 can Black Beans Rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 6 each Large Flour Tortillas

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and water according to the package directions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Warm the tortillas according to package directions (microwave or skillet).
  • Fill each tortilla with beef mixture, rice, beans, and cheese. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
  • Serve immediately or wrap individually and freeze for later.

Add your favorite toppings such as sour cream, salsa, or guacamole!
