Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Stir in the taco seasoning and water according to the package directions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Warm the tortillas according to package directions (microwave or skillet).
Fill each tortilla with beef mixture, rice, beans, and cheese. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
Serve immediately or wrap individually and freeze for later.

Add your favorite toppings such as sour cream, salsa, or guacamole!
