  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 0.5 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup Milk

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any grease.
  • Add onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • Stir in the cooked beef mixture and cheddar cheese.
  • Grease a muffin tin. Pour the egg mixture into the muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These muffins are great for meal prepping! Store them in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
