Instructions
Preparation Steps
Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
Add onion, carrots, and celery to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
