Beef Ramen Recipe

This Beef Ramen recipe is a flavorful and easy one-pot meal, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Tender beef, savory broth, and delicious noodles come together in under an hour.

  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 pound Beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 6 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 8 ounces Ramen noodles
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 0.5 cup Green onions, chopped For garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Pour in beef broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add ramen noodles and mushrooms to the pot. Cook according to package directions, usually 3-5 minutes, until noodles are tender.
  • Stir in sesame oil. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes

For a spicier ramen, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also add other vegetables like carrots or spinach.
