Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef and set aside.
Add garlic, broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
Return beef to the skillet. Pour sauce over beef and vegetables and stir-fry until sauce has thickened, about 1-2 minutes.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
Notes
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired.
