  • 2 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs plain
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Glaze

  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar packed
  • 1 tbsp Mustard yellow

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
  • In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze.
  • Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
  • Bake for 60 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetables for a complete meal.
