Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Mix well with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze.
Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetables for a complete meal.
