Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin pan.
In a large bowl, combine Bisquick mix, mashed bananas, milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
