blueberry crumble pie

A delicious and easy blueberry crumble pie recipe. Perfect for dessert!

Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 6 cups Blueberries
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup Cornstarch
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.125 teaspoon Salt

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup Brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup Rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup Cold butter cubed
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon

Pie Crust

  • 1 package Pre-made pie crusts or homemade

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling

  • In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Gently toss to coat.

Make the Crumble Topping

  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Assemble the Pie

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place one pie crust in a pie plate. Pour the blueberry filling into the crust.
  • Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the blueberry filling.
  • Place the pie on a baking sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  • Let the pie cool completely before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
