This Blueberry Delight is a creamy, no-bake dessert with a graham cracker crust, vanilla pudding filling, and topped with whipped cream and fresh blueberry pie filling.
In a medium bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar. Add melted butter and mix until sandy. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan.
Place 8 ounces of Cool Whip in a medium bowl. Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and stir until fully dissolved. Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
Pour the blueberry pie filling over the pudding layer. Top with the remaining Cool Whip (about 4 ounces) and sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs if desired.
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow layers to set.
