Blueberry Lemon Trifle

A refreshing and easy-to-make dessert featuring layers of lemon curd, blueberries, and whipped cream.

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 ounces ladyfingers

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
  • Layer the ladyfingers, lemon curd, blueberries, and whipped cream in a trifle bowl or individual glasses.
  • Repeat layers as desired, ending with whipped cream. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This trifle can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
