  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  • Gradually add milk and whisk until smooth.
  • Fold in the blueberries gently.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.

Notes

For extra fluffiness, let the batter rest for 5 minutes before cooking.
