Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
Add brown sugar, coffee, maple syrup, and bourbon to the pan. Stir to combine.
Add bacon back to the pan and simmer until the mixture thickens to a jam-like consistency.
Let cool, and store in airtight containers. Refrigerate until ready to use.

This jam can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a month.
