  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko preferred
  • 0.5 cup Flour
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 0.25 cup Oil For frying
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.
  • Dredge pork chops in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately.
