Breakfast Bundt Cake

This moist and delicious bundt cake is a delightful breakfast treat perfect for any morning gathering.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour sifted
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk whole

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Combine flour with milk, and mix until just blended. Pour batter into prepared bundt pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  • Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Optional: Dust with powdered sugar before serving for an extra touch of sweetness.
