Breakfast lasagna

A delicious and easy breakfast lasagna recipe perfect for a weekend brunch. Layers of eggs, sausage, cheese, and hash browns baked to perfection.

  • 1 pound Sausage Cooked and crumbled
  • 6 cups Hash browns Frozen, thawed
  • 12 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook and crumble sausage.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer hash browns, sausage, and half of the cheese. Pour egg mixture over.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until eggs are set and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
