Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook rice according to package directions.
Steam or microwave broccoli until tender-crisp.
In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, broccoli, cheese, milk, butter, and salt.
Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead of time and reheated. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
