Broccoli Rice Casserole

A creamy and cheesy broccoli rice casserole, perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner or a potluck.

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook rice according to package directions.
  • Steam or microwave broccoli until tender-crisp.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, broccoli, cheese, milk, butter, and salt.
  • Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

This casserole can be made ahead of time and reheated. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
