This delicious brownie bottom cheesecake combines the rich flavors of creamy cheesecake layered on top of a fudgy brownie base.

Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, melted butter, and 1 cup of sugar.
Spread the brownie mixture in the bottom of a greased baking pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer and smooth the top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until the cheesecake layer is set.
Let it cool before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, top with chocolate shavings before serving.
