Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Whisk together the powdered sugar, salt, cocoa, and cornstarch in a large bowl. Add egg whites and vanilla and stir until a thick mixture forms.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Scoop 2 tablespoon sized balls of dough onto the cookie sheets and press M&Ms on top.
Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until mostly set. Let cool on the sheets briefly before transferring to a rack.
Notes
These fudgy brownie cookies stay soft on the inside and crisp around the edges. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
