Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add onions and cook until softened.
Stir in cabbage, beef broth, diced tomatoes, rice, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer and cover for 30 minutes.
Check seasoning and adjust with salt and pepper if needed.

Feel free to add a splash of hot sauce for extra warmth.
