Cajun Seafood Boil

A flavorful and festive Cajun seafood boil featuring shrimp, crawfish, corn, potatoes, and sausage, all simmered in a spicy broth.

  • 2 pounds Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound Crawfish optional
  • 1 pound Andouille Sausage cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 oz Baby Potatoes halved
  • 4 ears Corn on the Cob cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 0.5 cup Cajun Seasoning
  • 0.25 cup Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 4 cups Water

Preparation Steps

  • In a large pot, combine water, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil.
  • Add potatoes and sausage to the boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add corn to the pot and cook for another 8 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and crawfish (if using) and cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Drain the seafood boil and toss with melted butter. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite hot sauce. Enjoy!
