Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, combine water, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil.
Add potatoes and sausage to the boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add corn to the pot and cook for another 8 minutes.
Add shrimp and crawfish (if using) and cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
Drain the seafood boil and toss with melted butter. Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite hot sauce. Enjoy!
