Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Pour half of the mixture over the crust.
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread over the cheesecake mixture.
Pour remaining cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer. Drizzle with caramel topping.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
