Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

A decadent dessert combining the richness of caramel, fudgy brownies, and creamy cheesecake.

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups sugar
  • 0.25 cups melted butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brownie mix
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 cup caramel topping

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Pour half of the mixture over the crust.
  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread over the cheesecake mixture.
  • Pour remaining cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer. Drizzle with caramel topping.
  • Bake for 50 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
