  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter melted
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce for drizzling

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  • Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Drizzle the caramel sauce over the batter and swirl with a knife.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let the brownies cool before cutting into squares and serving.
