Instructions
Preparation Steps
Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet.
Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
Fold the wrappers and seal the edges.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve with ketchup.
