Cheeseburger Eggrolls

Crispy egg rolls filled with juicy cheeseburger goodness! A fun twist on a classic.

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Onion
  • 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 count Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 cup Ketchup

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  • Fold the wrappers and seal the edges.
  • Deep fry until golden brown.
  • Serve with ketchup.

Notes

These egg rolls are best served immediately after frying.
