Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole
A cheesy, comforting casserole with ground beef, tater tots, and all the fixings of a cheeseburger.

- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Diced onion
- 0.5 cup Chopped green bell pepper
- 2 cups Tater tots
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup Ketchup
- 0.25 cup Yellow mustard
Instructions
Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard.
- Spread half of the tater tots in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the beef mixture and remaining tater tots.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
