Cheesecake Bars

Creamy and delicious cheesecake bars with a graham cracker crust. Perfect for parties or a sweet treat!

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.33 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Melted Butter Unsalted

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press evenly into the prepared pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  • Pour filling over crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until center is almost set.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese. You can also add a layer of fruit topping before baking.
